Renault Part Company has been established in 2020 as the provider of Aftersales services of Neginkhodro (official distributor of Renault in Iran).
Renault Part is determined to keep the dynamism of the Renault brand in Iran by expanding the Aftersales services coverage in all over the country and providing the top quality services.
With more than 157.000 Receptions,10.000.000 € turnover and 70% fill rate in the past three years, the company has endeavored to responded to the needs of the Renault customers in Iran.

Obtaining the license of the first multi-brand after-sales service network in the Iran from the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade.
Adding after-sales services for cars under the NISSAN brand to the after-sales services network at the first step, in addition to the network of after-sales services for domestic and foreign Renault cars.

Central warehouse

In 3 floors with around 6000 m2 of area and with processes aligned with Renault Guideline, the central warehouse of Renault Part, with a team of 10 personnel, has been equipped to respond the orders of the network in the most efficient way.



Central Workshop

In an area with 3000 m2 surface, Renault Central Workshop continues to offer the best quality services to Renault customers.
With trained professional technicians and latest technology, you can relax in Renault’s expert hands.



Options & Accessories Dept.
In 2019, in order to increase the customer satisfaction, to level up the vehicles and to promote the Renault Brand, the Accessories department has been established in Renault Part.
With a dedicated showroom and around 1,000,000 € turn over in year, this department offers options and accessories to Renault customers.





Technical & Engineering Dept.
All the Renault vehicles, imported by Negin Khodro have 5 years (150,000 km) guarantee.

All the Aftersales network are equipped with Renault Standard Special Tools and Renault Diagnostic tool (Renault Clip).

A team of trained and professional engineers are ready to give instant support and online consultant to the customers.
